Melt viscosities of silicate glasses

The temperature dependence of viscosity, effects of water on viscosity, a new criterion for fragility of melts, diffusion and viscosity as well as a new model of viscous flow in silicates, including defects of SiO molecules and five-coordinated silicon atoms that flow as line defects, are presented.
