PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plate heat pipe type heat diffusion plate capable of suppressing temperature rise of an electronic element, and further capable of promoting thinning of a portable terminal or portable electronic equipment.SOLUTION: In a thin plate heat pipe type heat diffusion plate, inside a thin plate type container, sealed is working fluid that is evaporated by heating and condensed by heat radiation. The container has an upper plate 2 and a lower plate 3 connected to each other. On a surface on which at least any one of the upper plate 2 and lower plate 3 is opposite to the other plate, formed are a plurality of first grooves 4 and a plurality of second grooves 5 crossing the first grooves 4. Inside any one of the first groove 4 and second groove 5, arranged is a wick 6 configured to generate capillary force with permeation of liquid-phase working fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
