The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a mixed red and blue laser panel light source. After red laser and blue laser are mixed, a planar-concave cylindrical mirror is adopted for converting laser speckles into one-dimensional linear light, and then a light guiding diffusion technology is adopted for converting a laser ray light source into a surface light source. The method includes the steps that first, a mixed red and blue laser light source is constructed; second, a mixed red and blue laser panel light source frame is constructed; third, the mixed red and blue laser light source is fixed to one side of the planar-concave cylindrical mirror of the laser panel light source frame and made to radiate into light from the center of the planar-concave cylindrical mirror, and therefore the mixed red and blue laser panel light source can be manufactured. The method has the advantages that the manufacturing method of the mixed red and blue laser panel light source is simple in process, easy to implement, low in cost, free of pollution, high in photoelectric conversion efficiency, high in luminance and good in safety; the mixed red and blue laser panel light source is used in the growth process in different growth periods of different plants, the plants can be stimulated to grow to the largest extent, the quality of the plants can be remarkably improved, and the method is suitable for being used for industrial promotion.
