Reflexiones teóricas sobre la Animación Sociocultural como alternativa para el desarrollo cultural.

The Sociocultural Event organizing as a ruling methodology of communicative processes in managing groups, it rejects the focus of participation as assistance, its nature takes aim to that the population takes a fundamental paper in their  sociocultural transformation and in their cultural development. A critical exploration of the way whereon several contemporary authors have given treatment to this theme in their works, allows an approach to their integrity as a tool from a subjective point of view, where we complement another studies and contributing to the best understanding of these events. Through the use of theoretical methods as the historical and logical, induction, deduction, analysis-synthesis, documentary analysis and materialist dialectics it enabled conclude that the sociocultural animation is a total social phenomenon, a dynamic process, method Territorial Intervention a cultural action, a leading methodology of participatory processes, social technology and a complex process but all with one common denominator: the structuring of an open strong territorial community, creative, with a participatory self-organization in order to satisfy the cultural needs of Community.
