HUBUNGAN SHIFT KERJA DENGAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN PADA PEKERJA PENGUMPUL TOL

Kelelahan yang dialami oleh pengumpul tol salah satunya merupakan efek dari shift kerja yang dialaminya. Sistem pembayaran dari tunai ke pembayaran elektronik (e-toll) dapat mengurangi beban kerja pengumpul toll. Namun pekerja pengumpul toll masih tetap mengikuti jam kerja melalui shift kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan shift kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan pada pekerja pengumpul toll PT. Astra Infra Toll Road di wilayah kerja Cikopo Palimanan tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional . Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 79 pekerja pengumpul tol dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling . Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan chi square . Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p value =0,001 (p value < 0,05)  berarti ada hubungan antara shift kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan pada pekerja pengumpul toll PT. Astra Infra Toll Road di Wilayah Kerja Cikopo Palimanan Tahun 2020. Bekerja pada shift malam memiliki tingkat kelelahan lebih tinggi dibandingkan shift pagi dan siang. Saran bagi PT. Astra Infra Toll Road di Wilayah Kerja Cikopo Palimanan membuat kebijakan yang efektif seperti menambah waktu istirahat pada shift malam dan memberikan nurtisi lebih seperti susu dan telor untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kelelahan. Kata kunci : shift kerja, tingkat kelelahan Abstract The fatigue that occurs by toll collectors is one of the effects of the work shift they experience. The payment system from cash payments to electronic payments (e-toll) can reduce the workload of toll collectors. However, toll collectors still follow working hours through work shifts. The research aims to the relationship between work shifts and the level of workers/workers collecting toll at PT. Astra Infra Toll Road in the Cikopo Palimanan working area, 2020. The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 79 toll collectors and the research sample was 30 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire by means of interviews. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square. The results of the analysis showed that the p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05) means that there is a relationship between work shifts and the level of fatigue of the toll collectors at PT. Astra Infra Toll Road in the Cikopo Palimanan Work Area in 2020. Work on night shifts with a higher fire rate than morning and day shifts. Suggestions for PT. The Astra Infra Toll Road Cikopo Palimanan Work Area makes effective policies such as increasing rest time on night shifts and providing more encouragement such as milk and eggs to prevent and overcome fatigue.
