ARGENTINE RESEARCHES ABOUT ACADEMIC WRITING, PERIOD 2000-2010 The purpose of this work is to examine argentine researches on academica writing production. In this study, a total of 48 investigations were classiied according to differents categories: origin, area, year of publication, procedures and conclusions. Methodology is quasi-experimental with a descriptive design. Sample type: Convenience sampling. We sought to identify what types of problems are being investigated in the area, and how they are developed by various investigation teams. Results show that in the last 6 years, the number of investigations related to academic writing has grown signiicantly. In general, researches refer to writing as an instance that promotes conceptual reorganization, which is important for the development of speciic skills.
