Production technology for steel ladle and molten steel covering agent

The invention provides production technology for a steel ladle and molten steel covering agent. A 120-ton converter production line is taken for an example. Refined fly ash, tundish waste slag and industrial sodium carbonate raw materials are placed in a single horizontal shaft agitator according to the weight percentage of 80:18:2 and agitated for 30min to 40min so that the steel ladle and molten steel covering agent is obtained. Before smelting of molten steel is finished and a steel ladle and the molten steel are placed on a continuous casting machine for casting, the covering agent is added on a surface of the molten steel in a manual or mechanical mode. When the thickness of top slag of the steel ladle is smaller than 50mm, 1.5kg to 2kg of the covering agent is added in a throwing mode and when the thickness of the top slag of the steel ladle is larger than 50mm, 0.9kg to 1.5kg of the covering agent is added in the throwing mode. Each throwing adding particle of the tundish waste slag is smaller than 3mm in size.
