Comprehensive recovery method for multi-metal from dead catalyst

The present invention discloses a method of integrated multi-metal catalyst scrap recycling. First, prepreg spent catalysts dilute sulfuric acid, finely ground slag prepreg curing using concentrated sulfuric acid, or pre-aged material immersion extraction with water, the entire process selectivity vanadium, vanadium leaching rate of more than 85%, and the aluminum leaching less than 10%. After the vanadium slag carried by pyrometallurgical smelting flux into a suitable ligand, to achieve the separation of nickel, cobalt, molybdenum and other valuable metals aluminum, silicon impurities. By pressure acid leaching nickel and cobalt may be further separated and molybdenum, the molybdenum can be recovered by the ammonia leaching pyrometallurgical smelting matte phase. The process first selective recovery of vanadium leaching method, avoiding vanadium, aluminum separation, pyrometallurgical smelting process makes full use of the calorific value of spent catalyst remaining in the organic material, saving energy consumption, and to avoid the traditional process of aluminum leaching, save the leaching agent consumption.
