The invention provides a root canal length measuring device and a root canal treatment apparatus are provided which can detect the position of a measuring electrode in the same root canal with high reproducibility. The root canal length measuring device is provided with: a measuring electrode, which is inserted into a root canal; which is incorporated in an oral cavity of an oral electrode; a measuring section that specifies an electrical measuring signal between the measuring electrode and the oral electrode and specifies an apex position, to measure a root canal length; a memory means which stores position data corresponding to the detected position by said measuring section of the measuring electrode in the root canal; and a control device which instructs to the storage means to store the position data.
