Electrically Propelled Road Vehicles Security and Prevention Measures of Testing for Lithium-ion Cell in Laboratory

The standard testing conditions in laboratories is much more harsh than in loading use.Therefore the laboratory safety is a problem to be reckoned with in the test process of electrically propelled road vehicles for lithium-ion cell batteries.This paper introduces the safety and protection of the battery cell test based on the practice and exploration.
