Caused by Obstetrical Brachlal Plexus Palsy. In an adult, a marked deformity of the upper arm and forearm with loss of function of the limb due to obstetrical brachial plexus palsy has been corrected. An external rotational osteotomy of the humerus and radioulnar arthrodesis resulted in an improved function.
