Construction of amicably resolvable Pairwise Balanced Design from row-regular Williamson type matrices

In this paper we have shown that certain weakly resolvable Pairwise Balanced Design can be obtained from row-regular Williamson type matrices and vice-versa. We have also given a classification of regular /row-regular Williamson type matrices.
