The utility model discloses a laser direct forming device of an unequal-width component. The laser direct forming device comprises a work head, a worktable, a transmission system and a control system, wherein the work head mainly consists of a laser device, a light guide path and a powder delivery system, a focusing lens is arranged in the light guide path, the laser beams generated by the laser device are conducted to the to-be-processed area of a workpiece on the worktable by the light guide path, and the relative position of the work head and the worktable is controlled by the transmission system. The laser direct forming device is characterized in that the driving device is connected with the focusing lens, and the driving device is arranged and used for driving the focusing lens to have the degree of freedom of movement in the direction of optical axis. The laser direct forming device has the advantages that by arranging the driving device connected with the focusing device, the continuous change of laser spots is realized in a defocusing way; and an unequal-width welding passage can be stacked through one-time scanning without multi-passage overlapping, and a three-dimensional component is directly manufactured through gradual-layer stacking.
