The utility model discloses a yielding anchor cable spherical rotation aligning device which is characterized by comprising a hemispheric tray, an anchorage device ring, an anchorage device clamping piece and a spherical roller. The hemispheric tray comprises a hemispheric tray main body close to be in a hollow shape. An annular flat bottom face which is used for contacting with the wall face of a roadway is arranged on the periphery of the tray main body. The wall thickness of the tray main body is gradually increased from the edge to the center. A spherical groove is arranged in the midpoint of the tray main body. The spherical roller is arranged in the spherical groove and capable of rotating in the spherical groove. A cylindrical axis hole is formed in the spherical roller. The anchorage device ring is arranged at the outer side of the midpoint of the tray main body. The anchorage device ring contacts with the tray main body. An inner end opening of the anchorage device ring fits in with the outer wall face of the tray main body to enable the anchorage device ring to slide. The anchorage device clamping piece fits in with an outer end opening of the anchorage device ring to enable an anchor cable to be fixed on the anchorage device ring, wherein the anchor cable penetrates the axis hole of the spherical roller and an inner ring opening of the anchorage device ring. The yielding anchor cable spherical rotation aligning device is capable of installing an anchor cable bolting at different installation angles under heavily stressed pressure.
