The invention provides a device used for full video marking, and the device is applied to the field of playing and processing teaching videos. The device comprises a voice analysis module, a voice recognition module and a control processing module. The voice analysis module is used for obtaining a whole video file to be marked and extracting voice signals in the video file to be marked; the voice recognition module is used for recognizing the digital voice signals and converting the digital voice signals into corresponding character signals; the control processing module is used for attaching the character signals to the video file where points to be marked are located so that the character signals can be displayed inside or outside a video interface when the video file is played. As a video to be played or being played is marked in a full-video mode or marked at the set points, a more convenient and more vivid preview effect is provided for a video viewer, and it is avoided that in the prior art, the viewer needs to remember time points, or memory playing and other complex operation can only be performed on the same computer.
