The invention relates to a high heat-resistant high-flow copolyamide composite material and a preparing method thereof. The high heat-resistant high-flow copolyamide composite material is prepared from copolyamide resin, aliphatic polyamide resin, toluene diisocynate, 1,3-Bis(4,5-dihydro-2-oxazolyl)benzene, coupling reagent, alkali-free glass fiber, N,N'-ethylenebis(stearamide), N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide, bis(2,6-di-ter-butyl-4-methylphenyl)pentaerythritol-diphosphite, anti-dripping agent and simethicone. The high heat-resistant high-flow copolyamide composite material has the advantages of being high in heat resistance, liquidity and tensile strength and low in water absorption, and being capable of being used in the fields of electronic and electrical appliances, LED, automobile, aerospace, war industry and the like.
