Reporte de una experiencia usando la entrevista para indagar razonamiento sociomoral en niños

2016
Through a usual research technique in the field of moral psychology, moral dilemmas’ discussion, we considered whether a semi-structured interview designed for the evaluation of socio-moral reasoning, promotes moral dilemmas on participants. Participants were children from an elementary school ranged in age from 10 to 11 years old. The interview was developed through a narration of a hypothetical story, composed by rules and transgressions. The results suggest that the questions allow researchers access to different aspects of story, and explore the participants’ different sociocognitive perspectives, but this story does not represent a real moral dilemma for participants. The implications of using these findings are discussed.
