Diagnosing pituitary adenoma in unstained sections based on multiphoton microscopy

Purpose If we can find a new method that can achieve rapid diagnosis of adenoma during operation, it will help surgeon shorten the operation time and enhance the treatment efficacy. This study discusses the feasibility of multiphoton microscopy (MPM) in diagnosing pituitary adenoma.
