Effect of Pur-derivatives-4ac on Hemorheology of Rats with Collagen-Induced Arthritis

Objective:To explor the therapeutic effects and mechanism of puerarin derivatives 4AC on collagen-induced arthritis(Collagen-induced Arthritis,CIA) in rats.Methods:The bovine type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis model in rats are used to observe the effects of puerarin derivatives 4AC on arthritic index and the mechanisms in hemorheology.Results:The rats with puerarin derivatives 4AC high-dose can significantly decrease arthritic index and improve some hemorheology index compared with the model group.Conclusion:The puerarin derivatives 4ac have an effective CIA suppressor may be closely related to improve effect on the hemorheology.
