Разработка комплексной системы оценки эффективности международной финансовой стратегии инновационно активных нефтегазовых структур

The article describes formation of complex system of an assessment of efficiency of the international financial strategy of innovatively active oil and gas structures on the basis of two big blocks estimates of productivity offinancial strategy and an assessment of management by its realization. Thus, the treelike structure of estimated criteria and indicators within complex system that was required to be reached when carrying out expert estimates was received. Thus the main attention is paid to calculation of generalizing indicators of economic and noneconomic efficiency which needs to be carried out in two stages: at first the actual and expected values on all established indicators within each of criteria of an assessment economic and noneconomic are compared, presented in system of a complex assessment and conclusions about are drawn, whether each of them was reached. As total results, in article the example of use of complex system of an assessment of efficiency international financial on the example of the hypothetical enterprise JSC XXX is given and formulas of control of risks of strategy, its feasibility, compliance of the general corporate strategy and some other are offered. Conclusions that the presented system and a technique of an assessment of efficiency of the international financial strategy of oil and gas corporation has a practical focus are drawn and can be used by management and analysts of corporate structures of oil and gas branch at realization offinancial strategy both in short-term and long-term prospect, and in a section of separate business units of the company and on the company as a whole.
