The copper foil area is arranged at the back side of the PCB at the position corresponding to that of the highly heating component, and heat is rapidly and effectively taken away via the copper foil area; and in addition, the back side of the PCB is equipped with the jumper wire which is connected with the pins of the highly heating component, and the heat of the component can be transmitted to the jumper wire via the pins for auxiliary heat radiation.
