As a new generation in the developmental curve from the post-traumatic development perspective: COVID-19

The purpose of this review is; To reveal the effects of pandemic process on different developmental stages within the scope of post-traumatic development. COVID-19 and keywords such as childhood, adolescence, adulthood, emerging adults, old age, post-traumatic growth and development were searched on Pubmed, Scholar Google, Science Direct search engines with the date of 2020 to access articles on the subject. This review study was prepared by considering 38 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. In the studies conducted in this evaluation, there are more negative findings compared to the positive results of the pandemic process for all age periods. Intergenerational interactions increased and relations were restructured in this period. The COVID-19 process is seen as an experience that can affect different age groups positively or negatively in the following years.
