Érythroblastopénie aiguë induite par le parvovirus B19 révélant une sphérocytose héréditaire à l'âge adulte

A case of parvovirus B19 related aplastic anaemia is reported. It reveals an occult spherocytosis, which has been rarely reported in an over-thirty-year-old adult in literature. Diagnosis of the underlying haematologic disorder can be made difficult by both the discretion of symptoms of haemolysis and the necessity of emergency blood transfusion.
