Straightening device of straightener

The invention provides a straightening device of a straightener. A scroll box is arranged on a support. A transmission mechanism is connected with the scroll box. The scroll box is provided with the straightening device and a mounting plate. The straightening device of the straightener is characterized in that the upper and lower surfaces of the mounting plate of the straightening device are respectively provided with bolt holes which are arranged correspondingly up and down; the mounting plate is provided with a traverse elongated slot; a cylindrical straightening slider is arranged in the traverse elongated slot; two bolts are used for closely fixing the cylindrical straightening slider on the mounting plate by means of the two bolt holes which are arranged correspondingly up and down; a thin circular hole is arranged in the middle of the cylindrical straightening slider; the two surfaces of the thin circular hole are two arced surfaces which are expanded increasingly; a winding steel penetrates into the thin circular hole; and the cylindrical straightening slider is made of hard alloy steels. In the straightening device of the straightener of the invention, friction generated by the fact that the cylindrical straightening slider drives the winding steel to perform circular swinging motion is small, the cylindrical straightening slider is difficult to wear, and the resistance of steel wires is small in progress, so the speed of the steel materials is even in progress; and all cut steel materials are consistent in length and the phenomenon of the long steel materials or the short steel materials does not occur when the straightened steel materials are cut.
