A lamp (1) comprises: a metal frame (60) formed in cylindrical shape; a power source unit (40) accommodated within the frame (60); a metal base (20) mounted at one end in the cylindrical axis direction of the frame (60); a socket (70) for supplying power to the power supply unit (40) from an external power source, being arranged in a condition electrically insulated from the frame (60), at the other end in the cylindrical axis direction of the frame (60); and a light-emitting section disposed on the upper side of the base (20). An insulating sheet (80) is interposed between the base (20) and a light-emitting section (13). In plan view, the periphery of the insulating sheet (80) extends outward beyond the periphery of a metal circuit board (86), in a location where the distance between the periphery of the metal circuit board (86) and an electrode (13b) is a minimum.
