CONTROL DE SISTEMAS DE LUBRICACIÓN EN TURBINAS DE GAS MÓVIL

2009
The turbine lubrication systems free (SLTL) require, for optimal functioning, of a rigorous temperature control. In the present case, that check is done by passing lubricating oil through a heat exchanger (cooler), having only one sensor, located in the oil tank, which modulates the valve opening or closure. In this article, analysis is made of a SLTL conditions, based on a mathematical model for optimal design then control the flow of coolant. The alternative considered involves replacing the valve open-close by a control valve, The control valve must be in advance, with the temperature value, receiving a signal that allows the valve to act; so this way the safety limits in temperature lubricating oil remain a constant over time.
