PERKEMBANGAN TAREKAT AL-MU’MIN DI KABUPATEN SAMBAS TAHUN 1997-2018

This study aims to explain the development of the Tarekat Al-Mu'min from 1997-2018. This research uses historical research methods which include data collection (heuristics), source criticism (verification), interpretation (interpretation), and historical writing (historiography). The result of this research is that there are three developmental periods of the Tarekat Al-Mu'min in Sambas Regency, namely the period 1997-2006 which is a period of growth as evidenced by the rapid growth of the number of followers which is increasing day by day. The next period is a stagnant product, this period begins at the saturation point in studying spirituality. The last period is the period of development, in this period the development of the Al-Mu'min Tarekat in Sambas Regency can be seen by the increasing number of assemblies in the Al-Mu'min tarekat and the establishment of Islamic boarding schools and schools founded by the Nur-Mu Foundation.
