The invention provides a ball wearable device distributing system and a ball wearable device distributing method, used for distributing wearable devices, so that the relevance between ball players and the wearable devices can be established. The ball wearable device distributing system comprises the following devices: a display device, a match management module, a data server, a communication module and wearable devices, wherein the display device is used for providing an operation interface so that a control command can be input; the match management module is used for creating matches, and setting relevant information, wherein the relevant information at least comprises match court information, match array and wearable device distribution; the data server is used for storing ball player data, match court data and wearable device information; the communication module is used for establishing the data communication between the match management module and the wearable devices; the wearable devices are used for receiving the distribution information coming from the match management module and displaying the distribution information.
