The content of professional education, update of its general approaches to the young specialist training are examined in the article. The role of the value approach, its practical realization in institution of higher education are actualized. The requirement for personality developing in self-education, self-knowledge, perfection of the internal world, personal and professional qualities, influence of the value choice on the formation of the positive value orientations of personality, education of its spiritual and creative aspects are underlined.
