Influence of bottom electrodes on HZO thin film features

The I3E ECLAUSion project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement No 801512 Neuromorphic computing is promising for the processing of massive data with an extremely low power consumption. After the discovery of memristors the research has been focused on the study and development of novel artificial neuromorphic devices, including ferroelectric-based ones.
