Determination of the absorption capacity of peripheral blood neutrophils and monocytes

The absorption capacity of peripheral blood neutrophils and monocytes has been studied in 32 donors using color (red) latex made in Russia. The method is simple, cheap, and provides good quantitative and reproducible results.
