RP-HPLC determination of (R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets

Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of(R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets.Methods:A C18 column was adopted with 0.05% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(93∶7)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.028-0.280 mg·mL-1(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 99.7%.Conclusion:The method can be used for determination of(R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets.
