The stripping method comprises: carrying out deformation processing on a cured sealing adhesive layer so as to enable a surface of the sealing adhesive layer, which is in contact with the flexible thin film, to be fractured; enabling reaction liquid to react with a middle adhesive layer through a through hole so as to enable the middle adhesive layer to be separated from the flexible thin film; stripping the flexible thin film from an adhesive layer positioned on the upper surface of the base substrate. The flexible thin film stripping method is used for stripping after the flexible thin film is attached to the base substrate.
