Places to flourish: a pattern based approach to foster change in residential care

‘Places to Flourish’ has been developed within the HSE Services for Older People Office with support from the School of Nursing at the University of Ulster in partnership with the Netwell Centre at Dundalk Institute of Technology. The preparation of this resource has been supported by an award from the HSE Innovation Fund and a grant from the Atlantic Philanthropies.
