마이크로웨이브 발열시스템을 적용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 박스 특성평가

In this study, used the microwave heating system for obtaining an early strength of precast concrete products and curing cost reduction innovatively. In order to evaluate the property compressive strength of concrete, it was carried out in the same condition with conventional steam curing and according to curing time and curing temperature. It was found that microwave heat curing leads to the 104~118% increase in compressive strength and 70~80% cost reduction than steam curing. It is judged that microwave heat system is able to make for reduction manufacturing coast significantly.
