Study of High Blast Temperature Technology of KALUGIN's Stove in SHOUQIN Company

This article narrates the survey of three kind of high blast temperature technology in home and abroad, illuminates that Russian KA-LUGIN's top combustion stove owns technical advantage of higher efficiency, compact, lower investment, etc. It was used in first and second SHOUQIN blast furnace, applied study of high blast temperature was carried out, to reach to the aim of digest and assimilation. The oretical study and the practice signs that it burns well, its airflow is distributed well-proportioned, blast temperature can reach to 1200～1250℃, it satisfies the need of high coal injection in blast furnace.
