Application of gamatine in preparing drug resisting high PTH

The invention discloses an application of gamatine in preparing a drug for preventing, alleviating and/or treating high PTH diseases. Gamatine is applied in preparing the drug for preventing, alleviating and/or treating the high PTH diseases. Experiments show that both experimental rabbits with parathyroids fully resected and experimental rabbits intragastrically administered with gamatine appear tonic spasm symptoms about 30 hours after the experiments; the PTH values in serum are obviously reduced; and the difference has a statistical significance, so that gamatine has a quite obvious inhibiting effect for secretion level of serum PTH of the rabbits; further, gamatine has an effect for rectifying high PTH; and particularly, the application of gamatine in preparing the drug resisting the high PTH allows the drug to be used for preventing, alleviating and/or treating the high PTH diseases.
