Preparation method of tetra-acylated puerarin

The invention discloses a preparation method of tetra-acylated puerarin. The preparation method of the tetra-acylated puerarin comprises the following steps: (1) using puerarin as the raw material subject to the acylation reaction with acylation reagent to generate hexa-acylated puerarin; (2) using the hexa-acylated puerarin subject to the deacylation reaction to obtain the tetra-acylated puerarin; and (3) recrystallizing to purify the tetra-acylated puerarin. The preparation method of the tetra-acylated puerarin has the advantages of simple operation, moderate reaction condition, economic preparation process and easy separation and high yield of the product, and has extensive application prospects in the chemical modification-based preparation of polyhydric natural products or drugs.
