RFLP Standardization Report for BF/PstI

The Bf/BamHI system identified one fragment on all core cell lines (Table 1 and Fig. 1). This fragment has the same size as the main band of the 210H/BamHI system (fragment no. 4). It may be due to cross-hybridization.
