Дестенозирование в комплексном лечении острого абсцесса и гангрены легких

The article presents data on the effectiveness of bronchial destenosing in complex treatment of 28 patients with scaring stenosis of bronchi on the background of purulent-inflammatory processes in the lung complicated by acute lung abscess and gangrene of the lungs. For elimination a stenosis was used "argon plasma" coagulation following a course of sanation bronchoscopy in combination with endobronchial therapy red helium-neon laser for the cupping of the inflammatory process in the wall of bronchi and restoring mucosal site scar. Efficiency of treatment of patients with rubtsove stenosis bronchi as a result of inflammatory processes in the lungs, complicated acute lung abscess and gangrene of the lungs.
