Disclosed are a yarn guide and a yarn winder, wherein the yarn guide comprises: a linear guide rail (10) and a sliding member (11) located on the linear guide rail (10), wherein the sliding member (11) can move on the linear guide rail (10), and a soft magnetic material is provided on a surface of the sliding member (11); three mutually separated drive devices (20) which are provided separated from the linear guide rail (10) and the sliding member (11), an electromagnet (A, B, C) being connected onto each drive device (20), and the electromagnets being able to move along the linear guide rail (10) in the extension direction under the drive of the drive devices (20); and a control device used for controlling the three electromagnets (A, B, C) to be alternately energised and de-energised, such that the energised electromagnets (A, B, C) can attract the sliding member (11), and after being driven by the drive devices (20), the energised electromagnets (A, B, C) drive the attracted sliding member (11) to move back and forth on the linear guide rail (10). The yarn guide has a simple structure and can make yarn at two ends of the linear guide rail acquire as much acceleration as possible to make the yarn acquire as even a density and hardness as possible in the axial direction of a yarn roller.
