Dilemas éticos na educação em saúde no programa Saúde na Escola: a vivência de profissionais de atenção básica do Centro de Saúde Escola Lapa

The objective of this research was to identify possible ethical dilemmas experienced by health professionals of the Centro Saude Escola Lapa (CSE-LAPA) in the actions of the Health in the School Program, with a view to improving health education actions among students attending three health institutions. The health unit. The qualitative method was used from a case study in the CSE-LAPA scenario, and 05 structured interviews were carried out with the health professionals involved in these actions. For the analysis was applied the phenomenology, and the themes were categorized in Health Education, Ethics and Ethical Dilemmas. The results demonstrate that there is a deficiency in understanding the concept of ethics and bioethics by these professionals. However, they identify situations involving ethical dilemmas that arise in the development of health education activities among adolescents. There are problems in driving situations of greater severity due to lack of support from the health and education network. Nevertheless, no professional reflected on the ethical dilemmas involved in the elaboration, development and evaluation of health education activities, as well as in the professionals' relationships with medical students, and especially with students. It is verified that the activities developed do not consider the Autonomy of the Individual as the main focus, with transforming power of the lived reality. It is shown the need to include the theme in the training of health professionals, besides the discussion of norms and codes of a professional category still carried out in the current training courses
