Gunshot wounds in the spine are still a problem of therapeutical decision facing the possibility of improving health by performing surgical procedures aiming to remove the bullet or cleaning the area. There are currently in the medical literature some precise indication to consider an adequate surgical treatment. We made a review in the international literature.
