The invention relates to a recycling device for zircon sand boiling chlorination tail gas. The recycling device belongs to a preparation device of zircon halide, and comprises a tail gas storage device, a chlorine separation recovery device and a CO recovery storage device. Firstly, the chlorine in the tail gas is separated and collected, and is used as a raw material for zircon sand boiling chlorination reaction for cycle use; and then synthesis reaction in whichthe tail gas after separation of chlorine, serving as CO, participatesrefers toraw material utilization of a production device. The invention provides a device for completely recycling exhaust gas of a zircon sand boiling chlorination device, which can effectively utilize Cl2 and CO resources and reduce the emission of greenhouse gasCO2. The content of the recycled CO is more than or equal to 98.5%. The recycling rate of chlorine is more than or equal to 98.5%, and the recycling rate of CO is more than or equal to 99.0%. By virtue of complete recycling of the chlorine in the tail gas, 25-40% of the raw material cost of ZrCl4, SiCl4 and zirconium oxychloride products is reduced. The CO in the tail gas is completely recycled, and is used as a raw material of anammonia synthesisdevice, a methanol synthesis device or anacetic acidsynthesisdevice. Precious fossil resources are saved.
