Micro-lifting apparatus of right-angle steering conveyor and right-angle steering conveyor

The invention relates to a micro-lifter for a right-angle steering conveyer, which comprises: i), a bottom frame; ii), a mounting frame which is arranged on the bottom frame; and iii) a motor which is arranged on the mounting frame. The micro-lifter for the right-angle steering conveyer also comprises: iv), a driving shaft which is transversely arranged and runs through the motor, wherein both ends of the driving shaft are supported on the mounting frame respectively by a large bearing through a bearing pedestal; v), two micro-lifting mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the driving shaft respectively; vi), chain machine frames which are supported on the micro-lifting mechanisms and can perform lifting motion along with rotation of the micro-lifting mechanisms; and vii), limiting mechanisms which are arranged on the left and the right of the bottom frame respectively, wherein one end of each limiting mechanism is connected with the bottom frame, and the other end of each limiting mechanism is connected with the chain machine frames. The invention also provides the right-angle steering conveyer comprising the micro-lifter. The conveyer has the advantages of small scale, large transverse and longitudinal conveying capacity, stable operation and small swinging motion and shaking motion in the horizontal direction.
