Biological preservative agent Bacillus subtilis element and preparation method thereof

2008
The invention provides a biological antiseptic agent of bacillus subtilis and a method for preparing the same. The method is as follows: separated fungi of Bacillus subtilis B.C119 are inoculated in a liquid culture medium, cultured in a shaking table at the temperature of 37 DEG C and centrifuged to obtain antagonistic liquid; the antagonistic liquid is subjected to ammonia sulfate salting-out, so that the content of the salt ion reaches 65 percent; the antagonistic liquid after the ammonia sulfate salting-out is stood and centrifuged to obtain deposits, the deposits are dissolved in deionized water, dialyzed overnight by dialysis replacement running water with the cut-off molecular weight of 3500, subjected to chromatographic separation by Sephadex G-50 gel and test of collected active components under 280nm light wave, and subjected to gradient elution by DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow anion. The product of the method is colorless or yellowish, tasteless and transparent liquid which has antagonistic activities within a pH range from 3 to 10 and good in thermal stability. Compared with the prior antiseptic agent, the product has the characteristics of no toxin, broad spectrum, high efficiency, strong adaptability, simple and convenient production and low cost.
