The Master of Science in Education has made it possible for teachers to raise their standards of scientific and professional skills development, from the implementation of research that seeks solutions to problems of educational practice. Specifically, the Statement of Special Educational displays obvious changes in teacher performance and the functioning of schools. This article focuses on the proposal of a professional development strategy that integrates coordinated actions carried out by the multiplicity of factors involved in this process (Academic Committee of the subsidiaries teaching assistant, School of Early Childhood Education, Department of Education Special, Provincial office of education) to promote the organization of the Master of Science in Education.
