Morphology of polyallomers

Abstract A number of physico-chemical and physical methods have been used in a study of the morphology and properties (density, degree of crystallinity, melting points of both phases, relaxation transition temperatures) for polyallomers of PP-PE and PP-polybutene-1. The mutual influence of the components on their crystallization is revealed, and a mechanism for the phenomenon has been proposed.
