펜싱 지도자의 경쟁가치 리더십이 선수의 지도자 만족에 미치는 영향

This study was to examine leader roles dependency of fencing coach and to relationships between the six roles of the coaches and leader satisfaction of fencing players by applying Quinn's Competing Values leadership Paradigm. The subjects were 125 fencing players. The measures were CVLQS(Competing Values Leadership for Scale) developed by Ha Hyung-ju(l996) and LBDQ(Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) used by Leet 1998). One-way ANOVA with repeated measures, paired t test and multiple regression analysis were performed. Data were analyzed through SPSS 11.0 Version and AMOS 4.5. The level of significance was set up .05. From the upper the procedure, the results are as follow. 1. Fencing coaches have used more authoritative instructor role, calculating executioner role, mediating broker role and have used less innovative researcher role, mentor role and analytic manager role. 2. Mentor role, innovative researcher role and analytic manager role had positive relationships with leader satisfaction of fencing players.
