An oil-water baffle plate is welded in a lower cylinder body, and the upper end on the outer wall of the lower cylinder body is provided with a flange; an oil-water baffle plate is welded in an upper cylinder body, and a distance exists between the upper end of the oil-water baffle plate in the upper cylinder body and the top of the upper cylinder body; the lower end on the outer wall of the upper cylinder body is provided with a flange; the flanges of the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body are connected, and a water cavity and an oil cavity, the tops of which are communicated are formed in the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body; a water-discharging opening and an oil-discharging opening are fixed on the wall of the lower cylinder body, and the inner ends of the water-discharging opening and the oil-discharging opening are respectively connected with a valve; the water cavity is provided with a water-discharging buoy, the inside of the oil cavity is provided with an oil-discharging buoy, the lower ends of the water-discharging buoy and the oil-discharging buoy are respectively connected with a buoy lever, and the other end of the buoy lever is connected with a valve core of the valve; and an oil-water mixing liquid inlet is fixed on the wall of the upper cylinder body. The automatic oil-water separating and liquid-discharging device has the effects that: automatic oil-water separation and automatic liquid discharge can be realized; and unattended operation is realized, and the labor force of personnel is lightened.
